LUI is the new salami of Renzini made with pink pepper. Made of carefully selected italian pork meats according to the ancient Umbrian recipe, this product is characterized by the addition of ground pink pepper which gives to the product its unmistakable flavoury taste. Cured for at least 90 days, medium coarse with a diameter of approx. 90 mm this salami after filling in casing will be hand bound and wrapped in an elegant paper.
