Vera Umbra natural porchetta is a roast porchetta made with boned pork seasoned by hand with salt, pepper, garlic, fennel, rosemary and other spices with no added preservatives or anti-oxidants. After absorbing these flavours for two days, the porchetta is then hand sewn and tied up. It is cooked in refractory ovens for 8-10 hours to encourage first surface browning and then to reach ideal internal cooking. It is excellent both cold and heated up.
