1000 metre

Our hams are aged in the midst of the Umbrian mountains, at an altitude of 1000 metres.

Air is a fundamental ingredient on these highlands nestled among summits, on a par with others selected for our LUI prosciutto ham. Here meat captures the currents from among the Sibillini summits, it matures slowly, absorbing the vital rhythms of locals who inhabit these valleys. Everything takes place in total harmony with time and nature.
