Tacquolina Roast Turkey in Porchetta is made with Italian meat and dressed with the same ingredients as porchetta: salt, pepper, wine, garlic, flowering fennel and rosemary. The result is a product with turkey’s characteristic lightness but the flavour of porchetta. Slow cooking at ultra high temperatures allows for ideal ingredient absorption and makes for soft and tasty meat.
