Our PGI Norcia Prosciutto LUI has earned itself the ultimate recognition, the 5 Spilli award of the 2023 Guide of Italian Cured Meats (Guida Salumi d'Italia).
Cured for 18 months on the Norcia's Sibillini mountains and coated in red peppercorns, this is the third time LUI has achieved the highest score of excellence in Italian cured meats.
The awards were held on 14th November 2022 at the Giuseppe Verdi Theatre in Busseto (Parma), in the presence of the curator Sabatino Sorrentino and the editor Manfredi Nicolò Maretti.
